Sally that banner image is huge and will take up a lot of space at the top. You might want to make it smaller ... unless of course you like it that big :) Add this code to your skin's CSS...

Not only is hotlinking not good, it can also mean the person you are hotlinking from could suddenly delete that image and leave you without a nice banner. Wherever you would save your image .... here...
